Definitions & Conditions
Full Event Coverage: Full Event Coverage refers to the 777 Crew working on site for the full length of the agreed upon event length, in addition to any before or after moments desired and agreed upon. All Necessary 777 Crew will stay for the full event length and will capture the sequence of events as discussed between the client and 777 Media. Any special or otherwise important moments the client desires to be captured must be clearly stated and outlined in advance of event day. This includes when, where, and how those moments will be done.
Event Coverage: Event Coverage refers to the 777 Crew working on site for the full length of the agreed upon event length only and will only focus on capturing during the event time period. This does NOT include any before or after moments. All Necessary 777 Crew will stay for the full event length and will capture the sequence of events as discussed between the client and 777 Media. Any special or otherwise important moments the client desires to be captured must be clearly stated and outlined in advance of event day. This includes when, where, and how those moments will be done.
Highlight Event Coverage: Highlight Event Coverage refers to the 777 Crew recording/photographing the most engaging and interesting moments of the event: The 777 Crew is not required to stay for the entire length of the full event, and any special or otherwise important moments the client desires to be captured must be clearly stated and outlined in advance of event day. This includes when, where, and how those moments will be done.
Production Sound: As necessary, our crew and production will bring in and utilize multiple different styles of off-camera recording mediums including boom mics, lapel mics, wireless mics, and other forms of separate audio recording to capture the best audio possible.
On-Cam Sound: The only audio capture source on the day of recording will come from an attached mic directly connected and mounted to the recording camera. (If recording audio is necessary for the project, This usually means getting the camera in close to ensure audio is picked up.
Multi-Cam Production: As necessary our crew and production will use multiple cameras to maximize the capture of the event or content.
Single-Cam Production: Our crew and production will only be using one camera on the day of recording to capture content.
